Race Headquarters, Start/FinishO'NEIL REGIONAL PARK, 30892 Trabuco Canyon Road, Trabuco Canyon, CA 92679

PARKING IS $5 (required by the park). PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE. OC Parks Passes are not valid.

Race Start: 3 Hour, 6 Hour, and 9 Hour distances begin at 7:30 AM.

AwardsAll entrants will receive cool swag (that's different every year) and an awesome finishers medal. Unique custom made awards will be given in all 3 events to the top 3 overall male and female winners.

Course: 2.75 MILE LOOP with approximately 500 feet of vertical gain per loop. (Please see course map for detailed map). 

From start/finish:  Take Arroyo Trabuco Trail. Make a right at the paved road.  Follow the paved road to Live Oak Trail. Stay on Live Oak Trail for approximately 1.3 miles.  Make a Right on Coyote Canyon Trail. Follow Coyote Canyon Trail for approximately .5 mile.   After .5 miles, continue straight onto Coyote Trail which will loop back to start/finish. Course will be marked with pink ribbons. 

Aid Station: There will be one major aid station at the start/finish which will take care of you after each loop. We will have a variety of sweet and salty snacks, PB&J, fresh fruit, potatoes, Coke, Gingerale, GU gels and waffles, GU roctane salt pills, and more.

Hydration and electrolytes provided by Tailwind Nutrition. Gels, waffles, and salt capsules provided by GU Energy. Anti-chafe/blister skin salve provided by Squirrel's Nut Butter.

Please no crews eating off the aid station tables.

Drop bags: We will have a designated tent for drop bags near the aid station at the start/finish. (Depending on where you park, you may also pass by your vehicle each loop and are welcome and encouraged to use your car as your personal aid station).

Race Rules:                                

3, 6, and 9 hr participants must complete a full loop for it to count. Pace and rest times are up to you. Once you check out, you are out of the race and cannot return to add more loops.

Lodging Info: O'Neill Regional Park is located in South Orange County. Camping is available onsite, but
